In recent years, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are becoming more and more popular. However, how to define the property of NFTs is still a question to be discussed.
The U.S. Copyright Office and USPTO announced to examine various matters regarding to Intellectual Property that arise from NFTs jointly. They seek to the answers from the public and it also announced that the U.S. Copyright Office and USPTO have intention to hold virtual public roundtables in January 2023.
