The Notice on Amending the Application Forms from CHIPA

Since December 1. 2022, China National Intellectual Property Administration requires applicant who applies trademark in China Trademark Office to provide promise as below:

Applicants, agents, and agencies who know malicious trademark registration applications, submit false materials, or conceal important facts to apply for administrative confirmation are dishonest behaviors; they promise to follow the principle of good faith and handle trademark applications for the purpose of use, and the declared items and the materials provided are true, accurate, and complete; if they know that the promise is false or they fail to fulfill the promise, they will take adverse consequences such as recorded into black list system and bearing punishment.
